Thuy joined Workplace Resource in 1999 and has held the titles of Customer Service Team Leader, Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer while at Workplace Resource.

As Chief Operating Officer, Thuy is responsible for the leadership and continuous improvement of all operational processes within the Customer Service, Design and Warehousing / Installation functions at Workplace Resource. There are approximately forty-seven Workplace Resource employees located in both Austin and San Antonio who perform under her guidance.

Prior to joining Workplace Resource, Thuy gained the experience basis for her current responsibilities by working for Herman Miller's Milcare and Herman Miller for Healthcare for seven years in the roles of Logistic Coordinator, Customer Service / Installation Coordinator and Customer Service Team Leader. In her role of Customer Service Team Leader, she was responsible for supervising a team of Customer Service Representatives in support of the company's sales, manufacturing, distribution and procurement functions.

Thuy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan and has graduated the SMU First Line Management Program at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
